II. We promise to deliver within 48 hours, excluding Sundays. Our team is offline on Sundays.

III. If your video needs any corrections, you can request them upon delivery and these will be processed within 24 hours.

IV. Except in special cases, the length of the original video cannot exceed 45 minutes.

V. The shared space provided to manage your media is free. However, each month, we recommend removing old project files and downloading copies to your system to make the most efficient use of your dedicated cloud space.
